Somerset Council Health & Wellbeing Survey - Now Live!

Somerset Health & Wellbeing survey is now live and will run until Monday 27th April.  Anyone who is a resident in Somerset and aged 18+ is welcome to take part.

The survey covers a range of topics including physical activity, mental health and wellbeing, smoking and vaping, alcohol and substance use, gambling, oral health, NHS Health Checks and how people access health information.
