With climate change becoming a reality, many properties are potentially vulnerable to flash flooding.  The following links provide useful advice.

Shepton Montague has a cluster of rain-gauges which provide real-time data, updated every five minutes, please uset the following link:

This data is also uploaded to a web-portal developed by the EA and Somerset Rivers Authority: this maps both rainfall data and river levels in Somerset.
